Polyester fleece can be developed in weights from 180 GSM to 420 GSM and is available with GRS-certified recycled polyester when required. Cotton-polyester fleece blends suit brands requiring natural fiber content for casualwear and loungewear lines. Fiber composition and GSM are confirmed at the sampling stage.

Performance Properties

Fleece knit fabric provides good insulation relative to weight, with stretch and recovery depending on fiber blend, GSM, and whether spandex is added. The brushed or raised pile surface improves warmth and softness while supporting durability through repeated wear and wash cycles. Primary apparel applications include sweatshirts, hoodies, tracksuits, and sportswear — categories where brands require a stable bulk supply with consistent pile height and GSM across production runs.
